Founded in 2010 by Valentina Floris and Ben Foot, SDNA is a creative studio specialising in the production of distinctive digital artworks and interactive experiences across a wide range of settings.

With a diverse and continually evolving portfolio, SDNA has delivered projects of varying scale that explore themes such as mythology, anthropology, natural history, and the climate emergency. Our interdisciplinary approach widens the scope and accessibility of digital art, developing innovative ways for audiences to interact with both artwork and space.

We transform galleries, streetscapes and public spaces through bold, imaginative displays designed to engage and inspire diverse audiences in fresh and unexpected ways. At the core of our ethos is a deep commitment to collaboration — working with experts from scientific and artistic disciplines and inviting people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds into the creative process.

We are dedicated to creating digital art that is accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant. In many of our projects, participants are not only contributors but co-creators whose ideas, stories, and creativity shape the final artwork.

Our work has been commissioned and supported by leading organisations such as the British Council, Arts Council England, the Francis Crick Institute, and the Natural History Museum..
