We’re very excited to announce a new collaboration with visual artist Moara Tupinambá @moaratupinamba, cinematographer Fernanda Brito Gaia @fernandabritogaia, and composer Nelson D @nelsondofficial for Se Rasgum Festival @serasgum kicking off tomorrow!

Together we’ve created a video manifesto about climate emergency that will be screened throughout the festival. Keep an eye out for our projection mapping in unexpected locations!

Throw back Thursday! 🤸‍♂️

Revisiting an installation we created a couple of years ago at @courtx_southsea 🎾

A site-specific multiscreens installation that illuminates the 10-metre windows on the ground floor of the Pavilion.
At dusk, the blinds lower automatically, transforming the windows into a canvas for a captivating array of moving images, including the Moon jellyfish, Glasswing butterflies, Honey bees, animated flowers, and, of course, tennis balls. 🌸🦋🐝⚾

The extreme magnification enables viewers to fully appreciate the mesmerising movements of the jellyfish, butterflies and bees, and observe their beautiful structures, which are enhanced by the digital manipulation of the sequences.
The animations interact with the architecture of the Pavilion, altering our perception of space and orientation.

Last chance to see Casa Comum @oi_futuro !
The exhibition will be open from 11am to 8pm until the 10th of March. If you are in Rio go and check it out!

CASA COMUM is an international artistic collaboration inspired by the words of indigenous leader Ailton Krenak, who talked about how not only the indigenous people, but the whole of humanity, should treat the terrestrial globe as a common home for all living beings.

The project began in 2021 with the support of the Digital Collaboration Fund from the British Council as a collaboration between 12 Amazonian artists, RR Produções Artísticas in Brazil and SDNA in London.

Since then artworks have been exhibited at Brixton Village for Casa Festival, the Pipe Factory for Cop26, Festival Amazônia Mapping, Mimo Festival in Porto and in various urban locations around East London.

Sutton Central Library is set to become the canvas

Sutton Central Library is set to become the canvas for a vibrant celebration of light and creativity with an immersive installation inspired by global light celebrations.

This installation integrates visual art, moving images and an atmospheric soundtrack created by @orphyvibes that explores the theme of light in its literal and metaphorical sense, transforming the space into a captivating digital artwork.

Collaboratively crafted with Sutton's local community, this artwork will offer a window into the area's vibrant creativity and sense of togetherness.

'Threads of Light' includes unique footage from Sutton's Archive and Family History Centre, recordings of the Creative Heritage choir, videos of Carshalton Fireworks, Cyanotype photographs created with local residents and vibrant images of lighting trails.
