Bespoke Video Mapping at The Mandrake Hotel / London

Known for its lavish interiors, curated art collection and unforgettable events, The Mandrake Hotel provided a striking setting for this bespoke video mapping commission. 

Created in response to Mandrake, a hand-painted work by Peter-John de Villiers, the installation reimagined the artwork as a hallucinatory moving image experience. A series of animations worked in harmony with the original painting, subtly bringing its forms and textures to life.

Using innovative mounting techniques, the projectors were hidden seamlessly within the space, transforming the artwork into an immersive intervention for special events at the hotel.
